Additional Access Points in Cataloging Records, 
Part 3

As long as the information appears somewhere in the cataloging record, almost anything can become an access point listed at the bottom of the cataloging record. Below is an example of a title main entry. In this case, the title is already the main access point, so there doesn’t need to be an added entry for title at the bottom of the cataloging information. There is no author listed in the descriptive paragraph, but three producers, responsible for the content of the video, are listed in the notes area. Because these names are listed in the cataloging record somewhere, they can be added to the access points at the bottom of the record. If a patron or staff member is interested in finding all of the videos that a particular producer has worked on, having that person's name in an access point can easily provide the required information.

Note that in the example above, we have two subject headings, three name added entries or access points, and one access point for the corporate body (Thirteen/WNET) that sponsored this video.
